SATAYA DOLPHIN SCHOOL

Learning experience with the free dolphins of Sataya combining freediving, yoga and dolphin teachings for an ecology in action

24 TO 31 OCTOBER 2026

SATAYA

SATAYA

Encounter with the free dolphins

Specifically, we spend a week aboard a fully equipped yacht anchored in Sataya Bay: a paradisiacal environment, off the radar, in crystal-clear waters at 30°C, protected by the coral reef. This reef ensures a translucent, calm sea with a visibility of over 20 meters.

Every day, hundreds of dolphins come to rest and interact with humans who approach them in a friendly, respectful, and mindful manner. The dolphins love to play with us. We love to swim and play with dolphins too...

Dolphin school : ecology in actions

Sataya is a intercultural exchange place, where we, as humans, have the chance to interact with dolphins and to learn from them : how they live together, behave, relate, play, swim, move and vibrate. Cause if we are open to it, the dolphins communicate and transmit us messages, that can awake new wisdoms and knowledge within us. Our intention is to create an experience where we built the proper conditions for this exchange to happen.

We also consider that it is our responsability to make this journey in this fragile eco-sytem more than a touristic and a recreational trip. As human beings, we also have a responsibility to commit ourselves to serving an ecology in action.

This journey is therefore designed as a living laboratory centered around a core intention.

How do we wish to act in the world that is emerging? What role do we choose to take on in order to carry out these actions in service of life?

A collective and humoristic experience.

This experience is designed for everybody, including families and children.

Our intention is to experiment a collective moment in symbiosis with the pod of dolphins.

Specific workshops and activities will be offered to parents and children, to discover what could be a delfinian type of family.

Humour will be our guide all along this experience cause as the delfinian proverb says : humour is the drunk truth.

Michael Benoit Delfini is an artist and social entrepreneur.

Studied first in a business school (ESSEC MBA) and worked in consulting for 3 years, before he changed path and embraced his passion for theater. Studied in Cours Florent in Paris and set up his theater company, Artichaut in 2010 and worked as a stage director, writer, actor and teacher in France. In 2018, his encounter with the dolphins in Egypt Red Sea, led him to become a freediving instructor and to create his freediving school in Amorgos (Greece). There, in 2020, he met Sabine and together they initiated learning journeys, supported by the Erasmus program and develop their delfinian training method, with the profound desire to offer an holistic, intensive and innovative adult education experience.

Sabine Pappas, of dual French–Greek lineage, moves as a bridge between worlds—midwife for creativity and transformation, facilitator of emergence and guide through change. At the confluence of eco-exploration, (un)education and collective becoming, she partners with regenerative initiatives and NGOs to weave transformative programs, cultivate resources and expand our capacity for change. Fluent in three languages, she tends relational fields through Participatory Leadership and Agile Learning. Rooted in a lifelong exploration of embodied storytelling—through dance, theatre, Thai massage, and aquatic bodywork—her work flows into delfinian movement: a living practice where art, healing and communion with the more-than-human converge
